Definitely back up the registry before you try anything there, John! Yes, Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Premium and Microsoft Office SR-1 Disc 2 are the keys/display names you're looking for. When I look in those keys (as explained in http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;q255503&; ) in WinXP Pro, I don't see a "Product ID" key on the right pane, either. But I do see those same numbers listed in UninstallString and in ModifyPath on the right-hand pane. I'd probably be tempted to both uninstallString and modifyPath, but I'd sure back up the registry first. Hopefully someone better with Windows and the registry information can confirm.
