Hey John..I'm not sure why you sent that.  But, did you try repairing
Office?  If you go to the Control Panel and choose Add/Remove
Programs...find Office in the list and click on it...when the choices
come up, choose to Repair it...if that doesn't work, try Reinstalling it
right over top of itself.

I would think this *might* solve your problem.
