Oh, sorry, I thought your question was PPT-specific because it had the old subject line on it! At any rate, the articles linked to that PPT FAQ are all for Office 2000, so they should at least be worth trying. Each of the MSKB articles lists the relevant programs at the top of the page. The first one (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;q255503&; ), for instance, lists in addition to Office 2000, Excel, Access, Word, PPt, Outlook, FrontPage, and Project. The other two articles/links have similar lists as well. -- Echo [MS PPT MVP] http://www.echosvoice.com ----- Original Message ----- From: <John82654@xxxxxxx> To: <mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, September 28, 2002 6:05 PM Subject: [mso] Re: Updates > In a message dated 9/28/2002 6:36:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time, echos@xxxxxxxx > writes: > > http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00253.htm There's a link there that > > specifically deals with PPT quitting immediately after installation of > > SR-1/1a. > > > > Thanks Echo,it happens with every part of Office, except for Access and > publisher,so if I tried the fix you mention, would it work in Word and Outlook > as well? ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=unsubscribe Or, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu.
