[mso] Re: Search and Replace a set of Characters with carriage return? Possible?

Should be pretty easy,
Put the file in Word
then click Edit
replace
do a REPLACE enter the *L*
then click Special
I picked a manual return but pick what ever you want tell it to do it and
it will just do it!
Hope this is what you want!

Suppose I have the following line:
0 IND *L*1 NAME McCandles, James*L*2 BIRT*L*2 DATE 1899-Jan-20*L*2 DEAT*L*2
DATE 1970-JUL-29
Now let's muddle it up. Suppose I have 200 of those lines. (I often do!)
Is there a way to seach for the "*L*" without quotes, and replace that with
a single carriage return so the above appears like this:
0 IND
1 NAME McCandles, James
2 BIRT
2 DATE 1899-Jan-20
2 DEAT
2 DATE 1970-JUL-29
--
