I still say just typing the range in the name box is the fastest way :-) Linda F. First, stop thinking Word.<g> It's not really a range based application despite what our Word folks would like us to believe. The Word programmers really did do a bang up job making it adhere to the range model as well as they did but it just ain't the same because it's still based, at its core, on the old Bookmark("BookmarkID") Start:=x, End:=x model from Word 2.0. Second, if you've already selected the first cell you want before going to the Edit->GoTo dialog, the cell reference is already there. If you select A1, all you have to add is :x28 and the range will be selected when you press Okay. ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
