Man, if we're gonna split hairs (or is it bunnies we're hunting here -
hares)

OE shipped as part of O2K. Yes, in order to install O2K correctly, you
had to install IE5 (shipped on the CD and was integral in the Setup
routine) and OE 5 was installed, too.
