[mso] Outlook 2k2

I've managed to mess up my Outlook settings somehow.
In addition to my main accounts, I have a Hotmail account. Somehow, I have
lost the ability to access it.
When I click on Hotmail in the Folder List, I get the message below.
"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service pstprx.dll. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured."
If I right click, I get the same message.
If I delete the account (Tools, E-mail Accounts) it does not delete the
account in the folder list.
If I then add Hotmail again, I get a second Hotmail entry in the Folder List
(which works correctly).
All my other accounts work fine.
I've tried a Detect & Repair with no success.
Anyone got any suggestion please.
