Maybe it's cuz you installed Office 2k AFTER Office XP? I know there have
been some issues reported when people install an older version after a newer
version, so I always recommend people install the older one first...but,
glad to hear you got it fixed. When it happened to me, with Word 97/2K, I
had to live with that Installer box everytime I ran 2000 after having run
97...no matter how many times I reinstalled...so I guess it's not the same
issue with 2k/2k2.
