[mso] Re: MS Word error message

As soon as you mentioned the file size, my immediate thought was also that it 
is way too big for any ordinary Word document, unless it is pretty full of 
images, etc.

Not much help I know, but it may indicate that you should get whoever "assured" 
you about the links, to see if they can come up with a previous version that is 
more like under 1MB, even if that means some of the more recent 
formatting/editing etc gets lost and has to be re-done.

And if the file is 14.2Mb, that is WAY too much for a text document -  even a 
formatted one.
