[mso] MS Word error message

Hello All
I have recently edited a word document and now every time I try to open it I
get the error message
"word failed reading from this file (filename here.) Please restore the
network connection or replace the floppy disk and retry"
All other documents that were edited at the same time, and saved in the same
location, open with no problem what-so-ever. I have tried the "open and
repair" option, to no avail. Opening as a text document isn't an option due
to the contents and formatting.
Can ay one help please
