I'm using Office XP and I'm trying to insert a word document into
another document using the insert file option. How can I make it
retain its formatting? I can see the original formatting when I first
insert the document then the formatting changes. It's not changing
to the formatting of the current document, it's going from Arial 10 to
Times New Roman 16, centered bold which is not the formatting in the
first document either. I've made sure the The document I'm trying to
insert was probably done in Word 97.

Thanks,

Christine
