Open a new blank word document File New Blank document

Take a space bar space and do INSERT FILE. If it does it should be fine take
out space on top of screen and save with a new name.

You may still have some corruption somewhere but you also have in 2003 a
repair option by Microsoft. But before you do that try the above.

Many thanks, Donna, but no joy. I tried CTRL+A after opening the file - Not
Responding etc - and then tried CTRL+A by right-clicking the icon - still no
luck.

Any other ideas?
