I think I'd submit it as a bug. Either it was excluded or they intended to
increment the version and it simply got overlooked. I haven't paid a whit
of attention to Office 2003 at all so I'm not even sure if that
functionality has been replaced in Office. I've simply been living too
deeply in the Networking realm for the last few months.
