Nope...as you know, I've been building forms for over 8 yrs and can't
remember ever having this problem in any versions????
The only thing I also thought was that he might have clicked
Tools/Protect Doc and didn't select forms and it defaults to lock for
changes. Then you'd obviously get underlining when you add new info. But
I believe you said they verified it was set to Forms.
So I have no other idea, but will be happy to check it out if it comes
to that.
