Is there a way to have Excel automatically empty specific cells based on criteria specified? I am sending invites to a yahoo group on behalf of the owner, whose ID was hacked and stolen. She started a new group and is migrating the subscribers over via invitations. I've found the quickest way to do this is to copy and paste the member roster into Excel and use the first colum for the IDs. It pastes as formatted text (IDs are underlined in blue, etc.). But there are lines (usually every other one) with extra text like the member's age and gender which aren't needed in the process. Is there a command or process I can use to have Excel delete the contents of those cells?
