Always make zip code fields text - number fields truncate leading =
zeroes!

Subject: [mso] Disappearing 0

One of my seniors printed labels for her Christmas mailing & she had a
situation that I do not know how to correct. So who do I come to? The
experts of course!

She used the label wizard in Word & she keeps her list in Excel. She is
having a problem with the 0 as a first number in her zip codes. The =
column
in Excel is set correctly...while she is in Excel the 0 shows & prints. =
But
as soon as she prints her labels using the Word wizard the 0 disappears. =
=20

Can you tell me what setting I am missing?

Thanks,
Jan
