I do have that set already, but perhaps I didn't make myself clear enough. If someone sends me an email in HTML or RTF, and I hit reply, it replies in HTML or RTF, not plain text. I was after a way to force it to send my reply in plain text automatically, instead of having to manually change it to plain text.
