Thank you, Linda. I'm still stuck though... maybe I'm stupid:-) I tried that and it says "you can only copy filtered data into the active=20 sheet". If I try to NOT copy to a different location, it says nothing but=20 does not remove the duplicate rows. And when I try to copy to a different=20 location in the same -active- sheet, it says "incorrect data transfer".=20 (These are my translation of the messages 'cause my XL is in french,=20 version Office 97 at work and Office 2K here at home). I think I should enter some filtering criterias but what can I use to just= =20 say "everything" ? Suggestions anyone ? Tia Anne Linda F.
