[mso] Access subtracting hours/minutes/seconds

Hi all!
I have a StartTime, EndTime and a Length. StartTime and EndTime record hours
minutes and seconds. Length gets the answer as set up =[EndTime]-[StartTime].
It only works when there are numbers in the minutes and/or seconds but when
there is a number in the hours it does not sutract correctly.
I would really appreciate some help on this one.
