Thanks for all the responses. However, I found my answer at MSExchange.org.
I had not installed the latest Exchange sp. Since OWA was being installed on
a different server, I did not realize I would need to install that.

Were you using SSL? Maybe a cert problem? I've also seen problems =
having to do with access to files/directories in NTFS. I'll see if I =
can find my notes on exactly which files/directories had the problem.

I had a similar environment prior to going to Exchange 2000. Only had to =

run setup and I seem to recall some post install tasks =3D
(authentication?). You might want to compare the application settings =

and authentication settings between the two boxes.
