Yes it's still setup on the BDC and is still working.  The exchange virtual
directory is there and looks correct.  The exchfilt.dll seems to have been
successfully loaded in IIS too.

I've compared the web servers, one an older version of IIS and the IIS5 and
they seem to be setup the same.

I've never set this up myself, but it looks as though the web application h=
asn't been created since the move. Is it still on a web (http) server?

I am decommissioning an BDC and I need to move OWA off of it.  I installed
OWA on a W2k server running IIS 5.0 and I'm having a lot of issues for
something I thought would be so simple.

When I try to launch the logon.asp by typing in //servername/exchange I
receive the following:

The page cannot be displayed=20
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be
