Ok, thanks to you and Carl for all your help.  As long as AD won't have =
a fit when I do this then I feel a whole lot better about doing it.

You can add more addresses for your exchange server, even if you only =
have already have ip's assigned to your NICs.  Go into your network =
properties, go to Advanced and add whatever ip you want to use.  Then =
you can go into Exchange and designate it to use that ip.
