Hi Peggy. I wish I could sit in the sun long enough to get a little color but,
I just take my vitamin D3. I try to get a little sun each day. Peg class of
73.

Wow Peg! I didn’t know you had skin cancer. I can see why you couldn’t be out
in the sun for very long. I can’t either because of my psoriasis and the meds
that I am on for that. Especially Chlobetesol.

Hi Peggy. I have had skin cancer because of a big mole on my shoulder. The
doctor told me not to be in the sun to long. Peg Class of 73.

Oh Bea,
If I’d done that, I would have woken up burned to a crisp and covered in
blisters. Have had that happen to me before more than once. Once while playing
in a beepball tournament, I came home sunburned and blistered. That is not fun.
I wouldn’t dare think about lying out in the sun like that anymore. I have an
auto immune condition and with the meds that I am on, the sun’s rays are made
even stronger and I would be in serious trouble. I love to be out gardening and
just enjoying the great outdoors and it is a beautiful gift that God has given
us isn’t it? But I have to do my gardening and whatever else I want to do early
in the morning and again in the evenings but then we have to bugs to deal with.
Well that won’t be a problem much longer, because I bought one of those new
electronic bug traps and (sorry my little frogs) but you’ll have to find
another means of catching your food if you go outside of the pond that we have
provided for you, because those pesky bugs (flies, mosquitoes ect., and I are
going to have war and I am going to win this round. Lol smile.

I actually fell asleep in the sun, listening to a book. What a concept!
