It was better than it sounded.
I dumped all sorts of spices in with the zuc, mushrooms and onions--some
chili
powder, a couple seasoning mixes I bought from Auntie Arwen's with braille
labels on them; some tremeric, some Teriyaki pineapple marinade and lemon
juice;
then Shan's steak was marinated in the Pineapple teriyaki while mine was rubbed
with garlic salt and one of the seasonings from Auntie Arwen's called
Sidewinder
Slim, which is a meat rub that contains a bunch of different spices including
some mildly warm peppers.
