BlankI heard one nice clap, and my wife said there was some in the middle of
the
night that I didn't hear.
You know, I didn't enjoy rollercoasters much, but on that trip to Lake Lansing,
I did ride their coaster. I've since started to really enjoy them, although I
hang on to something hard when I go on the ones that flip upside down.
For those who didn't know, some of the scarier coasters are wooden -- like the
one that was at Lake Lansing.
On that day with the school trip, I rode it a couple times. Later, I was
standing by one of the support poles for the track. The track was metal, as I
recall, but the pole that I was by had large braces of some kind of structural
wood, maybe a 2 by 6, and when the cars went passing by, you could feel that
whole brace move.
That was the last time I rode the coaster at Lake Lansing.

and yet we all can remember our graduations as though it was yesterday? `it was
47 years ago now for my class. `not sure i have the exact date right though, i
think I'd better get out my diploma out and have someone look at the date. `lol

the class of 1972. On that day there was a great thunderstorm during our
graduation ceremony and if the weather holds, we might have a similar event
this evening. We've had some pretty humid weather the last couple days and
there are supposed to be some thunderstorms tonight. But, my thoughts are
