Hi Peg,
I do remember when that woman drove into the side of cottage C. I didn't
live there, but I used to visit over there pretty often.
I remember there was a temporary beam holding up part of the roof outside.
My favorite Lake Lansing ride was the roller coaster for sure.

`oh Steve,
`I can almost visualize you being a little green around the edges. `oh good
heavens i totally forgot about that. Wasn't that around '68 or 69? Something
like that! Sandy `penman and i were real good friends and i don't remember
her ever saying anything about that to me.
`hey, do you guys remember when the guy drove his car right in to the
pillars at Cottage C? Did a pretty good job too as far as damage goes. That
was in our senior year. `I was there that weekend and i was visiting Sandy
in her room and we didn't go to bed until late and when the car smashed in
to the building, `Joyce Belding let out with this blood curdling scream and
came running down the hall holding a brick in her hand. Freaked all of us
girls out and there weren't many of us there that weekend either. Crazy
stuff went on for sure.
`oh i loved our trips to `lake `Lansing. Can any of you remember what your
favorite rides were? `mine were the tiltawhirl and the roller coaster. Wow!
What fun we all had.
`peggy `y. And Ginger, class of '70.

Hi Steve and all,
I was there for your graduation. As I recall, Merrilee and Vickie
were performing a duo on guitar.
I don't remember the song, Vickie you can help here. But there was a
tremendous thunder clap during your song, I think both of you sort of
cracked up and kept right on playing and singing.
The class of 1971 graduated on June sixteenth. Unfortunately, one of
our classmates threw up during the ceremony. I think this person
became over heated, as it was really hot in the auditorium.

Today being Wednesday, June 14, it is exactly 45 years since I
graduated with the class of 1972. On that day there was a great
thunderstorm during our graduation ceremony and if the weather holds,
we might have a similar event this evening. We've had some pretty
humid weather the last couple days and there are supposed to be some
thunderstorms tonight. But, my thoughts are with all the graduates
from my class as well as everybody else's class from MSB.
