word, hold it fast in an honest and good heart, and bear fruit with patient
endurance."  ~Luke 8:15

.=:  M E D I T A T I O N   F O R   T H E   D A Y  :=.

The laws of nature cannot be changed and must be obeyed if we are to stay
healthy.  No exceptions can be made in our case.  We can submit to the laws
of nature or they will finally break us.  And in the realm of the spirit, in
all human relationships, we can submit to the moral laws and to the will of
God.  If we continue to break the laws of honesty, purity, unselfishness and
love, we can be broken to some extent ourselves.  The moral and spiritual
laws of God, like the laws of nature, are unbreakable without some disaster.
If we are dishonest, impure, selfish and unloving, we are not living
according to the laws of the spirit and we may suffer the consequences.

I pray that I may submit to the laws of nature and to the laws of God. I
pray that I may live in harmony with all the laws of life.

Nancy from PA requests prayers for the two priests of her parish who are
both hospitalized with illnesses that they may healed according to God's
Holy Plan and her parish be compassionate and supportive. A prayer in
Thanksgiving because of a successful breast cancer surgery. Lorraine asks
prayers for a special intention. Amy and Erin ask prayers for a
three-year-old girl who is having Open Heart Surgery

Kathy requests prayers for her godson who will very likely have to have his
foot amputated. Nancy prays for smooth completion of the sale of her
deceased mother's home. Debbie requests for prayers for her mother who is
suffering extreme physical pain due to her myeloma. A member asks prayers
for her brother who is scheduled for eye surgeries to restore his vision for
the honor and glory of God. Mary asks for prayers for her niece and family
who are having difficulty getting the paperwork done for their new home and
meanwhile haven't a decent place to live.

We pray for unity in our country and that we may build a Culture of Life. We
pray for the safety of our troops, their safe return and their families at
home.  We pray for a deep and profound respect for life, and for the courage
and willingness to stand up for life. We pray for one another, for those who
have asked our prayers and for those who need our prayers the most. Have a
good day!

May God Bless you and those you love, and keep you safe!
