[moneytalks] New Beta Available

There is a new beta version available, but read carefully...
The new version changes a major fundimental component. In short, we are
now using Microsoft SAPI 5.1 instead of SAPI 4.
What does this mean?
The program should function at least as well as it did previously, but
it will allow us to take advantage of newer speech technology.
If you are using an operating system besides Windows XP, you will have
to download the entire package, just as you did when you became a beta
tester. You can find the entire package at:
www.aph.org/beta/mt_beta.exe
After downloading and installing, you will be able to use the Check For
Update option on the Help menu for future updates. To see what's new,
use the What's New with Money Talks menu item in the Money Talks group
of your Start menu.
Testers using Windows XP can use the Check For Update option on the
Help menu in the usual way. You can also see what's new with the Details
button.
