Use "No More Nails" sticks like s--t to a blanket, or any thing to concrete.
P. S. or "Grabs Like Nails" is similar.

Hi Tony

My main workshop is actually a concrete garage and for years I've been
considering lining the inside with some sort of insulation, however the
difficulty of attaching anything to the concrete has put me off. It's
difficult enough to attach conduits and suchlike, the concrete really takes
some drilling.
