Pierre, according to the IBLS standard chart, a 7-1/2"
ga. piece of equiptment, having a track gauge of
7.50", has an outside to outside flange measurement
for the wheels of 7.440" +.000-.020", or a difference
of .060"--.080".  Hope this helps.  If this is not the
gauge you need, let me know and I'll check the chart
for you.
