Of course, you could always knurl it to increase the diameter. 
Only a shallow knurl or you may go to the other extreme.

Like forgetting the "heat factor" when taking the
final measurement before taking the final cut on a
mandrel upon which you have worked most of the
afternoon, which is supposed to be used to mount a
flywheel with a previously finished bore?  And what
should be a good press fit turns into a good running
fit when things cool off?  Yeah!  Been there and done
that!!
