[modeleng] A legend dies

I have just seen that Dave Gingery died back in May.
Many will have seen his books, which gave excellent and detailed information
on many aspects of model engineering, workshop techniques.
They are well worth reading, even though, quite naturally, they are American
based, with US terms and, for example thread sizes mentioned.
Easy enough to convert to English and British threads, or even them strange
Millipede thingies if your so inclined!
