Some of the things that have changed on 1.50 and above.

The file manager now allows you to, for example, use both up and down cursor buttons and the left and right cursor buttons to move from the list of drives to the folder/file list.

When you are focused in the folder/file list, the up/down cursor buttons are also used to select contents from the USB device or a computer connected to a network. This forces the user to press the right cursor button to highlight the 'file type' field, or the left cursor button if the user wants to move from the folder/file list to the device list.

On the folder/file list you can still use the inc/yes and dec/no to select content... I particularly use this method to avoid mess.

An audio page was added to the file manager. There, you can export your performance or a sequenced song to industry standard WAV format and then transfer it from the USB device to your computer.

In the sampling mode, you can now see a list of the so called "keybanks", or better understanding, all the samples that make up the waveform. Just select the desired waveform, and with the up/down cursor buttons and pressing the sf1 (audition), you can hear all the samples. This is good if you are interested on seeing the notes of a particular piano that were sampled to make up that realistic sound you've downloaded or purchased.

And in the sample edit mode, the key range and velocity range were added to the trim display as well.

These are the changes I'm aware of, and that I use most... There's also a possibility of changing the appearance of the XS's pannel, but I won't dive into this as I haven't touched this area yet.

Hope this helps.

Peace,

Edu.
