[MoAccess] Gm problem solved.

Thanks for the responses regarding my gm problem. Mike had mentioned something
about multi mode, which brought me to the obvious realization that the motif
needs to be in song or pattern mode. Then, I had to fire up the motif mix
editor and do a gm mix reset. After launching sonar, I opened a midi file, and
everything worked. Awesome.
