No, it means that I haven't been precise enough. -SK:nrr is, in your default 
call, set to 100 ... which is quite high.

Try a run with 
  -SK:mnr=yes:nrr=10

You should already see quite a difference there. If not, then you have a 
highly repetitive data set. Next stop then: nrr=5 etc.
