Hi Shaun,

the problem is that *_flexer.cc files are generated automatically by flex, 
starting from the *_flexer.ll files. The patch you provided will probably work, 
but not be applicable in the automated build environment.

Which means that this is some new incompatibility regarding flex, this time for 
OSX 10.8. I'll need to investigate this separately, may take some time though.

Just to be sure: what's the version of flex?
