Dear Troy,

Indeed, we are monitoring. We have this issue observed several times,
however, less than once in thousand devices sold. In one case, it was
due to a defective SD card, in another 2 cases the case is unknown.
We want to detect the cause of this precisely. Therefore, it would be
of great help, if you could ship us your SD card, as you did before
with another issue in Fast Cueing (which we solved, but is not
published yet). When we analyze the exact bytes on an SD card where
such a thing happenend, we usually are close to a full explanation
and solution.l

The procedure to ship the card could be the same as last time.

Please comment on sknecht@xxxxxxxx

Thanx,
Stephan

Thanks Steven,

This is the second time in a couple of months that this has
happened. Is there something I am possibly doing to cause this, or
some way to prevent this?

I notice that the folders that don't delete end up with some very
strange files and folders added into them. They all have strange
names with ansi symbols and very large byte count or 0 byte count.
I'm sure Stephan is monitoring this and may wish to comment on the
issue and if it is possible to fix this in the next firmware.

Thanks.
