Gary is there to go over a little about the repeater..
and then I want Dave, Gary and Shane there for Dave to talk about
where we are on the NON Profit group...(if anywhere) .. I want to get them
together
so they get used to interacting without the rest of us becasue they need to be
somewhat independant of the board.
