Hopefully kids are still reading. I agree that the JELLY library is great and I think Ziv school would also make good use of the books. We have the possibility of collecting a good number of English books which we would like to donate to the school libraries interested in having them. However, before we begin collecting them, we would need to know the following: 1. Is there such a thing as a school library in these days of the computer and the Kindle? 2. Are there schools in Jerusalem that would be interested in having these books? Is there a need for books? 3. If so, must the books only be on specific subjects? If you inform me that a need does exist for books, and that some schools would welcome them, we will be happy to organize to help fulfill the need. The Jerusalem Rotary Club has been in existence since 1929, has been giving scholarships to needy students studying hi-tech for the past 45 years, has provided the School for the Deaf with a floor to register vibrations and musical instruments for their music room, and in general has been providing help to the community in many different areas and ways. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Ruth Harris rgharris@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx _____ <http://www.avast.com/> התמונה הוסרה על-ידי השולח.
