First of all look at your device and pick two apps. You want in the same
folder
Now dubble tap and hold with one finger on one of the apps you want in the
folder until you hear the tones and keeping your finger down on that app.
drag it to it is on top of the other app you want in the folder and lift
your finger. Note; when you are on the second app you will hear the name of
the app and when you lift your finger youwill hear folder and the name of
the folder that apple assigned to it.
Now, if you want to change the name at this point double tap on the folder
name and it becomes a active edit field and clear the text and type in your
new name and tape the home button.

That is it now you created a folder and you can put ten more apps in that
folder.
A folder can only have 12 apps if the device is a 4s or older and you can
have sixteen apps in a iPhone 5 folder
