[macvoiceover] Weird situation typing with specific voices

With Ava selected as my voice, I don’t get feedback when I type the letters n,
u, or y.n They also don’t read out when I go over them letter by letter with
the arrow key. When I switch voices I hear those letters just fine.
Any thoughts about this whacky situation?
