[macvoiceover] Strange VO pronunciation problem

Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem where sometimes VO will read the word "I", as the number
1. So, in a sentence like, "Here I go again" VO will read it as "Here 1 go
again". It only happens in "read all" mode, i.e. when I press VO + A to read
an entire document. The funny thing is that it doesn't read every instance of
the word "I" as "1", and I can't seem to see a pattern to the times it does
it. Has anyone else experienced this, and, if so, is there a way to fix it?
