[macvoiceover] Simple way to play and convert midi files?

I have a simple midi file of a vers of a Christmas Eve hymn, and I’m trying to
convert it to MP3, or even just play it. I really only need this once a year,
hoping I don’t have to learn Garage Band. On windows Winamp handled this really
easily, I’m hoping I just missed the simple answer in my web reading.
