It's self contained in Fusion verses a direct install on your hard drive.

I would highly recommend that you use a product called VMWare fusion
which is a mac application to allow windows and other operating
systems to run as virtual machines. it is easy to deal with and is
more secure than mounting on a bootcamp volume. it is safer and
should anything go wrong with the volume, simply rebuild it. doing
things through bootcamp is something I advise against as you could
accidently destroy the main macintosh volume declaring you mac
useless. so then using the restore media that came with your mac.

there are tutorials to be found on main menu at ACB radio.

Read the manual! Just joking...are you wanting to use Bootcamp or
run it virtually?

HI Guys,

I really want to learn how to install windows xp pro sp2 onto my
Mac Mini
which has Leopard already installed on it. My mac mini is an Intel
based
model. If you can give me some serious answers or any proper links
to
information where one can read up on how to achieve this, that
would be much
appreciated. However, if you intend to reply with sarcastic and
unhelpful
messages like read the manual etc, don't bother replying as I won't
be
bothered wasting my time reading them. Thanks in advance to those
of you
who are truly interested in helping.

Subject: [macvoiceover] Re: Wakoopa, nice way to share our software

This is great but because top secret software is always being tested
on my end I don't think I could join. When I buy another Mac I'll get
on board because all I do is test software, so I would have allot to
contribute. Great find!

Hi all,

If you guys are looking for nice fun community to brag about what
your friends use on a daily bases, what they've started using, what
they're most used software is, etc. Check out Wakoopa, a totally
accessible socal software network at http://www.wakoopa.com. I have
created a blind mac users team called "Mac Voiceover." Teams are a
way for a group to get together, us, as Mac users, for example, and
we have a feed on people started using, and at the top of the page
we have the most used/hot applications. Best of all there are
widgets now that you can post on your blog or what have you so
everyone can see what you are doing at the present moment on the
Mac.

After signing up, you will be required to download a small
application which tracks what you are doing. If, for example, you
are in a beta program, don't forget to shut this down before opening
it, as you will share it with the world (I don't know if there is
any way to control what you share). Otherwise, after you enter your
username and password, simply start doing daily things and you'll
see a programs list start to build up in your profile. After you
sign up and get the tracker set up, be sure to join the Mac
Voiceover team by going to http://www.wakoopa.com/teams/ macvoiceover
and join it so we get more software than mine.

Thanks, and hope to see some new members and comments on the
messages part of the page.
