Hi,
so if it cost you an arm and a leg if you didn't reach your appointment ...
Would you choose navigon or trekker to take you there?
Cheers
Jeronimo

  Hi there,

I use Trekker and also Navigon. I am not totally blind but I can't read
anything on the screen, so as far as the I phone is concerned, I might as well
be.

Trekker works very well, is totally accessible, but is very expensive and
quite slow since it runs on old technology.

Navigon is not great for pedestrian mode but the bicycle mode works much
better. Navigon has the added advantage that the maps are updated and it
doesn't cost you an arm and a leg to upgrade.

    Hello,
currently I am using a trekker (Humanware) for navigation. It works more or
less well. I would like to ask if any body uses their iphone 3gs for gps based
navigation while they are totally blind.
i.e is the google maps app or anything alike accessible on the iphone?
OT : What other solutions do people use? Mobile Geo Loadstone ...
Comparison to trekker?
    Thanks
