Hi there,

I use Trekker and also Navigon. I am not totally blind but I can't read
anything on the screen, so as far as the I phone is concerned, I might as well
be.

Trekker works very well, is totally accessible, but is very expensive and quite
slow since it runs on old technology.

Navigon is not great for pedestrian mode but the bicycle mode works much
better. Navigon has the added advantage that the maps are updated and it
doesn't cost you an arm and a leg to upgrade.
