There are a lot of Apps on this site;
http://www.hitsquad.com/
including for the iPhone and iPad as well as Mac, much of it freeware and 
shareware.
You could try a multi-band equalizer to reduce those frequencies other than the 
guitar, though that will depend on what else is happening in the guitar range, 
usually vocals.
For a lot of songs you can find tablature by doing a Google search.
