Hmm, a lot of people use a program called sharpkeys, to remap keys that may give them issues, such as the insert key, and I believe Fusion 2.0 has a key remapping facility, don't have it here though, as I chose not to install windows on any of my macs here. But maybe if you try remapping the insert key, that'll help.

NOt sure if turning off VO will allow you to use it in Fusion in your VM, or not, but it's worth a try.
