Hmm, a lot of people use a program called sharpkeys, to remap keys that may give them issues, such as the insert key, and I believe Fusion 2.0 has a key remapping facility, don't have it here though, as I chose not to install windows on any of my macs here. But maybe if you try remapping the insert key, that'll help.

no, i'm on a laptop. this is rather urgent, as i have malware and need to update the malware removal program, which can only be done with the jaws cursor.

Hmmm, there's gotta be a way to do it, are you on a laptop? Or an Imac? If your'e on an Imac, nad have the full keyboard, I'd think you'd just be able to use the numpad as usual.

actually, I reassigned the keyboard to the alt key, so I'm pressing alt-8. still doesn't work, though.

Try turing VO off, and then switching to your vm, as I think for some reason, the capslock is one of those that is still intersepted by MacOS. NOt sure if turning off VO will allow you to use it in Fusion in your VM, or not, but it's worth a try.

Hi list, I know there has recently been a post about how to right- click with xp and vm fusion, but how does one left-click? I'm thinking about times where I have to use the jaws cursor to click on a button or graphic. simply clicking the left side of the trackpad, or using capslock 8 (the jaws left mouse button command for a laptop) doesn't work. any ideas?
thanks,
