Hi I read from the Apple web site(OS X El Capitan: About Wireless Diagnostics)
that in order to locate the function, I have to do the following:

1.
Quit all open apps.
2.
Try to join the Wi-Fi network you’re having problems with (if you are not already connected).
3.
Hold down the Option key, click the Wi-Fi status icon in the menu bar, then choose Open Wireless Diagnostics.

For the step 3, how to do that with voiceover?
I knew that the normal click is VO+space bar
but how about in this situation?
Many thanks.
