Sorry, I meant to simply point out that I could tab to any location on that window and make changes normally with space or return, but that edit lock doesn't respond to return, space or anything I could find. It only takes a mouse click. I'm sure there are many different ways to navigate to each item - my use of tabs was simply an easy way to find the right spot. IMHO, the problem is Voiceover cannot recognize the Login Option until editing is enabled.
